What a Buyer’s Agent Does?
A buyer’s agent is someone who works for the person buying a property. We buy property off the market from direct Owners, Developers and Real Estate Agents.
Loyalty: We look after the buyer’s interests when we are hired by the buyer.
Confidentiality: We keep the buyer’s personal and financial details private.
Transparency: We make it clear to everyone that they represent the buyer if we get hired by the buyer.
Finding property: We search for homes or investments that match what the buyer wants and check if the asking price is fair.
Negotiating: They discuss the price and terms with the seller’s side to get the best possible deal for the buyer.
Contracts: We help with the promise of sale agreement (konvenju) and final deed, giving advice where needed.
Managing the process: They coordinate with notaries, banks, architects, EPC or other professionals, and follow up on things like inspections, permits, or bank loans until the purchase is complete.
